Bio:

Howard "Corky" Howland is president and owner of Contemporary Mortgage Services, Inc. Corky is an Orlando native and proud graduate of Bishop Moore High School and Loyola University of Maryland.

Corky began his career in mortgage lending in 1977 and founded Contemporary Mortgage in 1985. Having earned a reputation for prompt service and integrity, Corky has helped to promote Contemporary Mortgage Services to the forefront of the Central Florida mortgage industry. 

Corky and his wife Barbara, reside in Longwood, FL, where they have proudly raised two sons.
